ZIWIG LAB reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or modify without notice, access to all or part of the Site for maintenance purposes.

ZIWIG LAB is the exclusive owner of the intellectual property rights:

• the information, articles and other data published on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the Content);
• on the structure of the Site: tree structure, organisation and titling of its sections, visual and graphic identity, design, ergonomics, functionalities, software, animated or still images, sounds, know-how, drawings, graphics and any other element;
• databases and their structures designed and managed for the purposes of publishing the Site;
• trademarks, domain names, names, acronyms, logos, colours, graphics or other signs used on the Site.

The Content is intended for the information and personal use of the User who benefits from a private, non-collective and non-exclusive right of use. (ii) any extraction or reuse, including for private purposes, of a substantial part of the content of the databases constituting the Site;

(iii) any repeated and systematic extraction or reuse, including for private purposes, of even a non-substantial part of the content of the databases constituted by the Platform.

Ziwig Lab does not authorise its clients and partners to refer to its accreditation. In the event of a breach by a client or partner, Ziwig Lab reserves the right to inform COFRAC.
