Short RNA sequencing of purified RNA samples

- Supply samples in 96-well plates in column format.
- If the RNA extracted is quantifiable, standardise the RNA to 100ng in a minimum of 5µL of water. All samples must be of the same quantity and volume.
- If the RNA is not quantifiable, provide a minimum of 10µL of extract.
- Provide a list of samples with the available information (concentration, volume, quantity and other important information available).

Sequencing of total RNA from samples after ribosomal RNA depletion
- Purified RNA samples (10ng in 11µL minimum)
- Provide samples in 96-well plates in column format
- All samples must be of the same quantity and volume, with a minimum of 11ng in 11µL of water
- Provide a list of samples with the available information (concentration, volume, quantity, RIN and other important information available)
DNA
Whole genome
Whole genome sequencing of samples supplied
- Purified DNA samples larger than 1000bp
- Supply samples in 96-well plates in column format
- All samples must be of the same quantity and volume, with a minimum of 300ng in 25µL of water
- Provide a list of samples with the available information (concentration, volume, quantity, and other important information available)
